Tamiflu

Tamiflu (oseltamivir) is a remedy often prescribed for patients at risk of getting flu or those who have been exposed to the virus and already display certain symptoms, such as muscle and joint aches, headache, cough, tiredness and fever. Tell your health care provider about any other prescription or over-the-counter drugs you are currently taking to make sure they will not interfere with Tamiflu in any way. If you experience confusion, thoughts about harming yourself, anxiety, unusual thoughts or behavior or hallucinations contact your doctor as soon as possible. These serious side effects are reported very rarely but require immediate attention of a qualified professional to make sure they go away before you feel worse. If you feel Tamiflu is not working properly for you, or you develop new symptoms, consult your health care provider right away and report the problem.
